- Don't call support
- Go to a Sprint store
- Be polite
- Have a good reason! (They probably won't go for "I want an iPhone")
After hours on the phone with support I finally tried a store. They were very helpful and actually understanding with my issue of having too little reception to make calls from my apartment. The money I saved came in handy when I went to buy my new iPhone!
